  • Booking EVOA Officials

If you want to request officials for your home games, please send John Ioannides john.ioannides@epsb.ca the dates for both sr. boys and girls games. He will pass them on to the assigner so he can enter them on the system they use to have officials accept.  The association does not have the capacity to handle all of our 6 senior leagues schedules.  Please note that the EVOA officials for the regular season are booked for a best of three match only. They may stick around if they wish, but are only paid for the 3 games. Coaches will have to officiate the exhibition games or make arrangements for another adult to do so.

The process for confirming if you have an EVOA official coming will involve the following:

  • Individual schools who have requested EVOA Officials will be given an Arbiter Account Log-in. Some already have them from last season. You log-in to this account to check the status of the games you requetsed. The number of games are listed. Click on the number to pull up a screen with each specific date. Green means that an official has accepted the assignment. Red means no one has yet picked up the assignment. The day of the assignment if you click on the green number - the name of the official is listed.

  • Once you have your credentials, you log-in to this account to check the status of the games you requetsed. The number of games are listed. Click on the number to pull up a screen with each specific date. Green means that an official has accepted the assignment. Red means no one has yet picked up the assignment.
