FAQ's

Coaches and Athletic Lead Teachers

  1. Where is my game being played?

    If you access your league schedule the game locations are listed on the schedule.  As well, you can find the school/field address list HERE.

  2. What do I do if I have to reschedule/cancel a game?

    Before any change is considered, please confirm with both teams involved that the change is first necessary and that the new time and place is agreeable to both teams.  There can be no guarantee that an official can be assigned on games that are changed. If you need to reschedule a game please fill out the "Game Change Request Form" at least 7 days in advance and email it to john.ioannides@epsb.ca 

  3. How do I report a game score?

    Reporting a game score can be done by logging in to the site through the LOGIN link at the top right hand corner of the site.  Once you have registered your team and it has been accepted into a league, you will receive a username and password that will give you access to the Report Score feature.  Please view the tutorial on how to enter a score HERE.

  4. What are the specific rules of my sport/activity?

    The specific rules/parameters for your sport can be found in the "JH Handbook" section of the site. 

  5. What do I do if I've lost my password?

    If you have lost your password click here and follow the prompts to reset your password.

  6. How do I add a team schedule to my Google Calendar?
