Badminton City Championships

2500 Junior High students hit the court over two weeks in our Zone & City Championship Tournaments.

Congratulations to the following schools for taking home the Overall Team Championship:

Tier 1 Vernon Barford Blues

Tier 2 Crestwood Bearcats

Tier 3 Meadowlark Christian Wolves & Stratford Eagles *(Tie in Point Standings)

We were also very fortunate to have the support of many of our High Schools in allowing us to utilize their gymnasiums for our Zone and City Final tournaments. Thank you to all High School Athletic Directors who helped us book their venues.

For our finals; Vimy Ridge, Dr. Elder Francis Whiskeyjack & Edmonton Christian High & Jr. High all had multiple courts (9 -11) allowing us to play the hundreds of games needed to crown our champions.
